Orland golfers end season

The Orland High School golf team completed its season on Thursday, finishing in fifth place at the Butte View League meet held at Glenn Golf and Country Club.
Orland shot 340 on the front nine and 334 on the back. Scott Layne led the team with a 108 while Vidal Chavez shot 109, Alex Enriquez shot 110, Joe Harper had a 113 and Bobby Lombardi scored 115.
Sutter won the league with 40 points while Las Plumas was second with 30. Gridley was next with 20 points and Wheatland had 10.
