Seniors raise money at craft fair

Four high schools have joined forces to raise money for their Safe and Sober Graduation nights.

Seniors from Orland, Willows, Hamilton and Corning high schools will sell raffle tickets for some big prizes at this weekend's Orland Crafts Fair at Glenn County Fairgrounds.

For a $20 ticket, participants will go into the draw for four trips and three cash prizes and a chance to raise some money for a good cause.

Travel destinations include a five-night trip to Hawaii with airfare and car rental valued at $2,800. A Las Vegas weekend valued at $1,100, includes airfare and two show tickets.

Valued at $500, a Napa getaway features a wine-train package. And, a trip to San Francisco includes two nights and tickets to a Giants games and the show "Beach Blanket Babylon," a value of $550.

Cash prizes are $500, $350 and $200.

The raffle runs through Jan. 31. The winning ticket will be drawn Feb. 6.
