Can you name the man in this photograph, which was printed in the Sept. 24, 1990, issue of the Corning Observer? If you want to take a guess, call the Observer at 824-5464 or come by the office at 1208 Solano St. Ross Turner and Martha Sanderson correctly identified the two boys in Saturday's archive picture as Bill Schabram. The caption to the pic read, "Double charges - Bell Carter plant manager Bill Schabram tells Corning City Council Tuesday night of city's double charges for industrial sewer line connection which earlier had been paid for by the olive industry. Council took his argument under advisement and will consider the matter at its Sept. 25 meeting.
