Orland arch brushes up

The Orland arch on Old Highway 99 got a fresh coat of paint recently thanks to a donation of paint and labor by RJ Painting of Orland.
Owner Randy Nielsen said he did the project as a way to give back to the community.
Letters for the landmark will be put on at a later date by another firm, Nielsen said.
