Orland man goes to prison
An Orland man has been sentenced to 27 months in federal prison for the transfer of false identification documents, the U.S. Attorney Generak's Office reported.
Camilo Reyes, 38, sentenced Friday by U.S. District Judge Garland E. Burrell Jr. after reaching a plea agreement in which he admitted that he sold fraudulent resident alien registration cards, two to undercover agents at a store in Orland in March 2010.
During a search of Reyes's home, agents found tools and materials used in manufacturing fraudulent documents such as printers, card stock and lamination devices.
