Free bus rides Monday

Glenn Ride will be free all day Monday. The free ride day is in celebration of the bus operation’s 11th anniversary, according to a Regional Transit Committee press release.

The committee also announced a rate hike starting Tuesday. One-way, in-county rides go up to $1.25; one-way, out-of-county rides go up to $1.75. Current bus passes remain valid; new passes will reflect the new fares.
