Orland Old-Fashioned Fourth of July, Vinsonhaler Park, Orland
Noon: Food and children’s game booths open
1 p.m.: Presentation of colors; pledge of allegiance; national anthem; welcome by event Chairwoman Joanne Overton; address by Orland Mayor Bruce Roundy.
1:30 p.m.: Citizen of the Year award; military service songs; recognition of military personnel; parade of cars.
2:30 p.m.: Decorated hat contest; decorated live pet contest; decorated bike contest; junior foot race; sack races; egg toss
3:30 p.m.: Frog-jumping contest, including auction of frogs
