    Halloween and fall celebrations planned in the Yuba-Sutter area include:

    Annual Pumpkin Carving and Decorating Contest — Weigh-in 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday with judging at 1 p.m. at Sutter Orchard Supply, 573 Bridge St., Yuba City. Co-sponsored by Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau. Call 673-8068.
