Gena Bowen No, medical marijuana dispensaries should not be allowed in Corning, I just don't think it is appropriate. The distribution of medical marijuana should be regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and dispensed by regulated pharmacies. If they must be allowed, they need to be zoned by local government and definitely not near schools or parks or other areas where children gather. They also shouldn't be in our downtown area, that just doesn't show the best face of Corning and what we want to represent.
