FELONY
Brian Lee Fortner, 52, of Willows, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. Jan. 17 by Willows police on the 500 block of North Shasta Street, on suspicion of force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely; and battery. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $35,000.
Stanley A. Montgomery III, 19, of Willows, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. Jan. 17 by Willows police on the 400 block of Airport Road, on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $105,000.
Cheng Kong Yang, 23, of Willows, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. Jan. 18 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of South Lassen Street, Willows, on suspicion of owning a chop shop; conspiracy to operate a chop shop; conspiracy to commit auto theft; taking a vehicle without the owner's consent; and theft or extortion of a motor vehicle. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $195,000.
Kassandra Joy Wadsworth, 28, of Willows, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 19 by Willows police on the 200 block of West Laurel Street, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $23,000.
DUI
Michael Allen Williams, 49, of Stockton, was arrested at 4 p.m. Jan. 17 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on the first block of County Center Drive, Oroville, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.
