A graveside service for Willard Blakey, 84, of Willows is at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Willows Cemetery, 800 E. Wood St. A reception will follow at the LaBarbera residence, 448 S. Merrill St. Blakey died June 30, 2009, in Willows. Arrangements by F.D. Sweet and Son Mortuary, Willows.
