Kelli Anne Lynes

Name: Kelli Anne Lynes.

Age: 24.

Family: Just little ol' me for now.

City of residence: Orland.

Occupation: Manager and barista at Dutch Bros. Coffee in Orland.

Hobbies and interests: Massage therapy, yoga and finding time outside of work for my loved ones.

Did you make a New Year's resolution? Yes.

What is your resolution and are you still following it? To take advantage of more opportunities: Say "yes" more. So far it's been easy to follow, and I am hoping as more opportunities arise at work that I can continue to say yes.

What are your goals for the upcoming year? I would like to find somewhere enjoyable to volunteer my time. I would also like to take a real vacation.

What was the best thing that happened to you in 2011? Being able to get a car loan all by myself. I didn't think I could do it alone and if feels good.

What was the worst thing that happened to you in 2011? Finding out my sister has cancer.

Do you have a valentine? Yes.

Who was your first kiss? The boy next door in elementary school.

What is your view on Valentine's Day; is it a day for sweethearts or a money-making ploy established by greeting card companies? Definitely a money making ploy, but what holiday isn't these days? I still enjoy the romance of it and you don't need to spend a ton of money to celebrate your love.

Do you send out Valentine's Day cards? I just make one for my love.

What is your most memorable Valentine's Day? Long story short, my sophomore year of high school the previously mentioned boy next door sneakily left a balloon bouquet, a sweet poem and chocolate on my desk.

What is your idea of a perfect Valentine's Day? Making dinner at home with my man, enjoying each other, free from the outside world.

What are you most thankful for? I am definitely thankful for my health and that I have a job, but more than anything, I am thankful to be surrounded by so many amazing people: Family, friends, employees, customers; every single one plays a huge role in who I am and keep me being true to myself.

What do you hope to see happen this upcoming year? I hope to see my team and I continue to reach our goals set for the year. I have a great crew and they all work so hard with their smiling faces and awesome service. It's such a reward to see their excitement when I can show them the numbers we're blowing out of the water. Dutch Luv, y'all.
