0026 hrs Officer Landis stopped a 1998 Ford Contour at Shasta St and 5th Street for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. The driver, 40 y/o Fabian Benito Lopez of Orland was arrested for DUI, driving while unlicensed, and having an outstanding $5,000.00 Madera County bench warrant for DUI, unlicensed driver, expired registration and no proof of insurance.
