Joe L. Williams

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Stonyford Cemetery, for Stonyford rancher Joe Williams, who passed away Sept. 15, 2008, at his home with his family.

Joe was a one-time business agent for the teamsters, before retiring 20 years ago to become a rancher in Stonyford. He served as president of the Indian Valley Volunteer Fire Department and vice-president of the Stonyford Rodeo Association (Stony Creek Horsemen). He was also head of the Board of Directors of the Stonyford Cemetery.

Joe is survived by his wife, Sandra; children Brenda Kissinger, Matt Williams, Dianna Ojeda and Kari Flud; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
