The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Johnny RIghtnar for charges of felony violation of probation on charges of forgery. ( P.C. 1203.2(a) and P.C. 470(a) ) RIGHTNAR,30, is 6-foot-0, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. RIGHTNAR has the following tattoos : “ALLISON” on left ankle.
