The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is seeking LEEDS, JUSTIN for charges of felony violation of probation on charges of furnishing minor with marijuana. ( P.C. 1203.2(a) and H&S 11361(b) ) LEEDS,28, is 5-foot-8, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. LEEDS has the following tattoos : tribal band with celtic symbol on right arms and a picture of a joker of left side of back.
