DUI

Frank Fred Leach, 37, of Maxwell, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Dec. 26 by Willows police on Shasta and Walnut streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

FELONY

Edgar Adrean Montoya, 23, of Willows, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 23 by Willows police on the 200 block of North Culver Street, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant, threatening crime with the intent to terrorize and preventing or dissuading a victim or witness. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $187,000.

Philip Tod Jones, 35, of Orland, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. Dec. 24 by Orland police on the 800 block of Newport Avenue, on suspicion of false imprisonment. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
