More parking for Colusa fair?

(Colusa County) has outgrown the fairgrounds. Parking has
grown from the fairgrounds parking lots to between Will S. Green Road to past
Fremont and Ninth streets.
Perhaps it is time to address some parking solutions: shuttle
buses, a parking garage of two stories or more, or moving the county
fairgrounds to another location.
