    815 W LAUREL ST - Willows public works reported that several juveniles were throwing water balloons at them in the area of the skate park. Sgt. Dahl and Officer Meek drove to the park and found three juveniles who admitted to having water balloons but denied throwing them at anyone. Subjects left the park on request.

    525 W SYCAMORE ST - An unknown citizen reported juveniles on skateboards at Memorial hall. On arrivial Sgt. Dahl and Officer J. Meek found that the subjects had left prior to arrival.
     
    200 S BUTTE ST - Officers Vessels and DeVoss responded to an anonymous report of a suspicous vehicle parked at the 200 block of S. Butte.  Upon arrival, they contacted Jesus Gutierrez (23) and a female passenger.  Jesus advised they pulled over to the side of the the road to talk for a few minutes.  Everything appeared to check out alright.  He advised he would move along to avoid any concerns with the residents. 

    300 N CULVER AVE - Officers DeVoss and Vessels responded to the area of Willow St. and Culver Ave, regarding possible juveniles in the area spray painting.  Upon the officers arrival, the anonymous reporting party called back and canceled the call.  Officers searched the area and did not find anyone suspicious in the area.
     
    201 N LASSEN ST - An anonymous person dropped off a black purse. The purse contained make-up items with a cartoon figure on the outside of the purse, “Betty Boop”. CSO Cano booked the purse into the found property at the Willows Police Department

    411 E WALNUT ST - Officer Alves responded to 411 E. Walnut St. to contact Roy Blackman regarding a burglary to his residence. Upon arrival, a report was taken. Case is under investigation.

    420 E LAUREL ST - Officer Alves responded to HRA to take a cold harassing phone call report. Case is under investigation.

    900 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officers DeVoss and Vessels responded to the Forestry Deparment for an alarm.  Officers found an open door and conducted a search of the building and found everything to be secure.  Officers met with the responding party who secured the door.
