Letter: 'Barn of Terror' going annual

The Orland 4-H Club, along with McCalla Family Farms, would like to say thank you to the following businesses and individuals that helped make the "Barn of Terror's" first year successful:

Linda Little; Tri-County Portable Toilets; Orland Ace Hardware; Country Pumpkins; Spirit Halloween; Dracula's Closest; Glenn County 4-H; Glenn County Cooperative Extension; Orland FFA; Glenn County Office of Education, Christine Stifter; Round Table Pizza in Orland; KHSL TV-Rick Carhart, 103.5 the Blaze; Lyle Cullum; Jerry and Betty Jackson; George Rafe' The Engel Family; The Kirby Family; Oscar's; The McCalla Family; Glenn Gazette; Orland FFA; Heather Hacking at Chico Enterprise Record; and everyone that was brave enough to go through the "Barn of Terror."

The McCalla Family and the Orland 4-H Club also want to thank the many 4-H families that helped out each night. Thank you to everyone that brought their can food donations; approximately 60 can food items have been donated to the Orland Food Pantry.

The Orland 4-H club is excited that they will be donating $250 to the "Sew for Soldiers" project. Again, thank you to everyone that help make this first year, fun, exciting and successful.

McCalla Family Farms and the Orland 4-H are excited to announce that they have decided to make this an annual event.
