Orland resident to celebrate 90th birthday

Dorothy Ponci of Orland will celebrate her 90th birthday from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 19 at WestHaven Assisted Living, 1440 Fairview St., Orland. She was born Sept. 2, 1919, in Powell, South Dakota.
