FELONY
Kyle McKay Graham, 19, of Sacramento, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Dec. 14 by the California Highway Patrol on the corner of Humboldt Avenue and Highway 162, on suspicion of the manufacture, import, sale, supply or possession of metal knuckles.
Tammy Lynn Geary, 44, of Orland, was arrested at 9:39 a.m. Dec. 16 by Orland police on the 1000 block of South Street, on suspicion of attempted first-degree burglary. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.
Jose-Trinidad Negrete Orozco, 42, of Orland, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. Dec. 16 by Orland police on the first block of East Walker Street, on suspicion of two counts of ransportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $43,000.
Cesar Mercado Rosales, 28, of Orland, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. Dec. 16 by Orland police on the first block of East Walker Street, on suspicion of two counts of the transportation or sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $38,000.
DUI
Richard Anthony Coon, 19, of Corning, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Dec. 15 by Orland police on Sixth and Shasta streets, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $3,000.
Jacob Storm Deatherage, 40, of Portland, Ore., was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Dec. 17 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of County Road 68, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $8,000.
