600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officers Brown and K. Meek responded to 600 N Humboldt Ave (Cedar Hills Manor) for the anonymous complaint of a loud party. The anonymous caller reported the noise was coming from the area near apartments #136 and #137. Upon arrival officers observed several subjects standing outside apartment #150. Officers attempted to contact one of the subjects who began running towards a vehicle.
The subject, later identified as Victor Ayala-Vega, got into a vehicle. Officers were able to stop Vega before he could leave. Vega was subsequently arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail for 148(a)(1) PC and 647(f) PC.

1250 W WOOD ST - Officers K. Meek and Brown responded to Chevron for a report of two Hispanic males in a pearl colored Cadillac throwing gang signs and challenging others to fight. Officers contacted Salvador Ruelas (20) and Rafael Carillo (20). Subjects were counseled on their behavior.
