Wedding: Niehues-Roeth
Laura Niehues and Michael Roeth exchanged wedding vows Dec. 13, 2008, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Willows. The Rev. Maurice O’Brien officiated.
The bride is a 1999 Willows High School graduate. She’s employed by the Glenn County assessor’s office. Her parents are Anthony and Evelyn Niehues of Willows.
The groom is a 1994 Willows High graduate employed by Rumiano Cheese Co. His parents are Mike and Vickie Roeth of Willows.
Heather Mendes of Willows was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Aimee Paya, Taren Allen, Jill McGarr, Nicole Figeroua, Trish Ladd, Tara Storz and Lisa Powell.
Justin Prickett of Willows was the best man. Ushers were Tony Tapia, Miguel Cruz, Nick Cameron and Josh Niehues. Amaya Paya of Corning was flower girl. Dominic Tapia of Willows was ring bearer.
A reception was held at Memorial Hall in Willows. The couple honeymooned in Paris, France, and will make their home in Willows.
