246 S LASSEN ST
Officer DeVoss conducted a civil stand-by as requested by Jerry Bazan (55 yoa) at 246 S Lassen St.
1133 W SYCAMORE ST - Glenn Medical Center reported two males, with lacerations, left the hospital and wanted an officer to investigate for possible physical assault. Officer DeVoss contacted Rocky Scott (23 yoa) who stated he and his brother Brian Scott (19 yoa) had been wrestling and broke a window cutting both of them. No Crime.
1200 GREEN ST
Officers Vessels and DeVoss received information Cheng Yang (19 yoa) who had a active felony warrant was outside his home. Officers attempted contact and Yang fled down the side of the residence. Glenn County Sheriff’s Deputies Smith and Brazzi arrived and searched the outside of the residence. Officer searched the inside of the residence and found Yang hidding under a bed in a bedroom. Yang was placed under arrest for two Glenn County Warrants and a new charge of 148(a) PC. A juvenile at the scene was also arrested for 148(a) PC and booked at Jane Hahn Juvenile Hall.
870 SHERWOOD WAY
Officers Vessels and DeVoss responded to 870 Sherwood regarding a disturbance reported by Tracy Madsen (19). Upon arrival, it was found to be a verbal dispute between Madsen and her mother, Tammy Madsen (48). The matter was resolved by mediation.
508 FRENCH ST
Officer Alves responded to 508 French St. to conduct a welfare check on the resident. Upon arrival, the resident was contacted and found to be alright.
201 N LASSEN ST
Joshua Hammock turned in a found black wallet. CSO Cano took possession of the wallet and booked into found property section at the Willows Police Department.
1481 S TEHAMA ST
Officer J. Meek was dispatched along with Willows fire to a possible case of heat stroke at the Union 76 travel plaza on Hwy 99. On arrival Joab Wakefield, 35, of Washington state was contacted. Wakefield was not in need of medical attention, just transportation out of the area.
S VILLA AVE
Officer J. Meek stopped Rosa Chavez,26, of Willows, for a vehicle code violation at Villa and Cedar. Chavez was found to be unlicensed. Her vehicle was towed and stored by L&T Towing.
200 W LAUREL ST
Officer Brown initiated a traffic enforcement stop in the 200 block of W Laurel Avenue vehicle for driving without their headlights on. The driver, Karina Espinosa (19 YOA), was found to be driving without a license. Espinosa was cited and released and the vehicle was towed and stored by Hi-Way Towing.
