1210 hrs, Officer Landis was sent to Fairview School for a report of a suspicious person harassing a pedestrian. Officer Landis contacted 20y/o Khristen Sprain of Orland. Sprain said she was walking home and a male in a white 4x4 vehicle kept contacting her and asking her strange questions. Officer Landis transported Sprain to her residence.

0500 hrs, Officer Landis was sent to an alarm at Dutch Bros. Officer Landis arrived on scene and contacted 30 y/o Hai Hong. Hong entered the correct security code and the alarm company canceled the alarm.

0639 hrs, Officer Landis and Sgt. Baker were sent to 817 Newport Ave #1 for a welfare check. Officers contacted 20y/o Kayla Vierra of Orland. Vierra said she was fine.

0930 hrs Officer Stover was contacted by 59 y/o Paul Andres of Orland regarding what action could be taken to remove several vehicles from the Moose Lodge parking lot and alleyway. Officer Stover will contact the owners of the vehicles and request they be moved.

0940 hrs Officer Stover contacted 53 y/o Nalaine Halsey of Orland who is the administrator at Orangewood Guest Home. Halsey requested that the Orland Police Department issue 61 y/o Gerald Logan of Orland a trespass admonishment. Halsey also found some miscellaneous personal property that needed collected. The property was placed into safekeeping at Orland Police Department.
