Boy Scouts request your Christmas Trees
Troop 57 will collect your Christmas trees today, Saturday and Jan. 9. There is no charge for the pick-up, but donations can be made to Willows Scouts Troop 57. Call John Shively at 518-0342 for arrangements.

Breakfast fundraiser for Rumano
A breakfast fundraiser for Melissa Romano, who is in need of a liver transplant, will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the Arts and Crafts Building at the Glenn County Fairgrounds. Parents rally for Sober Grad Raffle
Parents from the Orland, Willows, and Hamilton high schools are working with the Corning High School Parents Club - Cards in Action - to sponsor a 2010 Sober Grad Raffle.
The raffle has drawings for trips to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Napa and San Francisco, and for cash prizes of $500, $350 and $200.
Tickets are $20 and the drawing will be held Feb. 6.
