DUI

Rene Medina, 32, of Hamilton City, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Jan. 25 by the California Highway Patrol on Fifth Street at Los Robles Avenue, Hamilton City, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

 

FELONY

Jeremy Edward Reimer, 38, of Orland, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. Jan. 24 by Orland police on the 900 block of A Street, on suspicion of forgery of a check. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Alain Lee F. Banzon, 32, of West Covina, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. Jan. 24 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, just south of Highway 162, Willows, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Sarah Jean Howbert, 25, of Chino, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. Jan. 24 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, just south of Highway 162, Willows, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Dylon Joseph Wagoner, 18, of Orland, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 25 by Orland police at Visonhaler Park on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Asheley Kay D. Skeslien, 21, of Willows, was arrested at 4:06 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on the first block of East Chapman Street, Orland, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Matthew James Putnam, 39, of Orland, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on the first block of East Chapman Street, Orland, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale or transport. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $38,000.

Steven Duane Baker, 31, of Orland, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. Jan. 26 by the Glenn County Probation Department on suspicion of being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Jason Burnes Franklin, 27, of Willows, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 26 by Willows police on Interstate 5 at Highway 162, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Negie Tony Fallis, IV, 31, of Willows, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 26 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on the 600 block of North Humboldt Avenue, on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance and willful cruelty to a child, resulting in possible injury or death. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $75,000.

Rubio Marcelo, 46, of Orland, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Jan. 26 by Orland police in the alley between Fourth and Fifth streets, on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Frances Marie Zaragoza, 36, of Orland, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. Jan. 26 by Orland police in the alley between Fourth and Fifth streets, on suspicion of petty theft with a prior. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Saul Perez, 23, of Willows, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 24 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of South Lassen Street, on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Timothy Emilio Hernandez, 23, of Willows, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Jan. 25 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on the 100 block of South Lassen Street, on suspicion of owning a chop shop, two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, and theft or extortion of a motor vehicle. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.
