300 GREEN ST - Officer DeVoss and Detective McIntrye observed a male stumbling in and out of the roadway while traveling westbound on Green Street near Lassen. Officers contacted Michael Fulton, age 36 who was determined to be drunk in public and was placed under arrest and transported to Glenn County Jail.
600 N HUMBOLDT AVE - Officers Brown and K. Meek responded to 600 N Humboldt Ave (Cedar Hills Manor) #120 to assist with a child custody exchange. Upon arrival he contacted Shaun White (25 YOA) and Elaine Foley (19 YOA). Officers stood by as White and Foley exchanged their child.
1133 W SYCAMORE ST - Glenn Medical Center advised a female patient drove away in a vehicle after she had taken medication and was possibly impaired. Medical staff advised the patient drove southbound on Villa St from the hospital in a red Chevrolet Cavalier type vehicle. Officers Brown and K. Meek responded and checked the area but were unable to locate the patient.
1250 W WOOD ST - Officers Brown and GCSO Deputy Smith responded to the Chevron gas station for a 911 call from Kevin Waddell (44 YOA) of Sacramento regarding a cat that was trapped underneath a vehicle. Upon arrival Waddell had retrieved the cat and no further assistance was needed.
1100 W WOOD ST - Officers from the Willows PD, Orland PD, CHP, and VIPS conducted a DUI / Drivers License Checkpoint in the 1100 block of W. Wood Street.
1100 W WOOD ST - During the DUI/ Driver’s License checkpoint, Leobaldo Lopez, age 28, of Willows was cited and released for driving without a license.
246 N HUMBOLDT AVENUE - Officer Gridley responded to 246 N Humboldt Avenue on a report of a dog locked inside a pickup. The anonymous reporting party feared the dog may be in danger due to the heat. Upon arrival, Ashley Osburn (20), the dog owner, was providing the dog with water.
400 E ASH ST - Officer Gridley and Sergeant Dahl responded to 400 E Ash Street on a report of a burglary alarm. Upon arrival, the building checked secure and the alarm was reset.
1100 W LAUREL ST - Officer Gridley and Sergeant Dahl responded to Central Park on an anonymous report of a suspicious man sleeping on a picnic table. Upon arrival, the man was contacted and he advised he would no longer sleep in the park.
600 W SYCAMORE ST - Officer Gridley responded to Memorial Park on a report of juveniles throwing rocks at birds. Upon arrival, the juveniles were gone.
117 S YOLO ST - Officers Brown, K. Meek, Alves, Detective McIntyre and Sergeant Dahl responded to 132 S. Colusa Street for a report of a male subject who was assaulted by his girlfriend. Upon further investigation it was determined Crystin Jaimes (25) struck her boyfriend in the head with a frying pan. Jaimes was arrested and booked at the Glenn County Jail for corporal injury to a cohabitant, assault with a deadly weapon, great bodily injury and felony probation violation.
