Charles Glenn "Tibby" Tibessart, 88, of Orland, died Feb. 4, 2013, in Chico. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Feb. 23 at the Orland Volunteer Fire Department, 810 Fifth St. Orland. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of F.D. Sweet & Son Mortuary, 825 A St., Orland.
