How long have you been in the bridal and formalwear business? For 35 years. I had my own business in Chico for 15 years.

What has kept you on the formalwear business? I like helping people prepare for a big occasion: prom, wedding or quinceañera.

What do you like most about Orland? People have been very kind to me.

What are your favorite places to go in the area? Redding

What was your first job? I was a seamstress.

What's something about yourself that your friends might not know? That I am a qualified seamstress.

What kind of pets do you have? We have a dog, Teddie, a German shepherd combo.

Hobbies/interests: Consulting brides. There are so many questions that they need answers to.

What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy day? Read

What is your dream job? The one that I have.

What are some of your fondest memories? My childhood. I enjoyed growing up in Napa. At that time, you could do no wrong.

Favorite book: I like mysteries.

What was your favorite toy as a child? My "Uncle Arthur's Bedtime Stories" books.
