Dine with the Eagles
The Orland Eagles will host a meatloaf dinner from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Eagles Hall, 6381 County Road 200.
Dinner also includes soup, salad, potatoes, vegetables and dessert. Tickets are $9.
Sober Grads host barbecue
OHS Safe & Sober Grads will host a barbecue from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday at Les Schwab Tires, 1306 South St., Orland.
The group will have hamburgers, cheeseburgers, meal deals and carne asade tacos, plus a bake sale.
Chorale performance set
The Glenn Chorale will perform their 2012 Spring Concert "Anything Goes" at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Willows High School Cafetorium, and again at 3 p.m. Sunday at Orland Memorial Hall.
Glenn Chorale Director Tracey Quarne will award the Glenn Chorale scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
Tickets are $6 for adults and children 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
Golf tournament Sunday
Orland High Athletic Booster is holding their annual golf tournament on May 6 at Glenn Golf Course. Registration opens at 8 a.m., with a 9 a.m. tee-time.

Duck stamp artists sought
Adult and youth artists from around the country are invited to submit their original artwork to the 2012 California Duck Stamp Contest through May 30.
The picture must depict the species selected by the California Fish and Game Commission, which is the Aleutian Canada Goose.
The winning artwork from the adult contest will be reproduced on the 2012 California Duck Stamp and the youth winner will receive an award. The top contest submissions will also be showcased at the Pacific Flyway Decoy Association's art show in July.

Pastel weekend workshop soon
Mary Amicarella will hold a Pastel Weekend Workshop from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. May 19-20 at the Orland Art Center, 732 Fourth St., Orland.
The fee is $125 and includes lunch both days.
A deposit of $25 by May 1 will hold your space.

Schools to hold concert
C.K. Price and Orland High School will hold their fifth annual "Concert in the Park" from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. May 25 at Vinsonhaler Park. The concert is free.
Dinner will be available for $5 and includes a hot dog, chips, soda and dessert. Tickets are available for purchase from any band or choir member or can be purchased at the event.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle, with tickets being sold at the event for $1 each.
