DUI

Rusbel Gomez Martinez, 53, of Corning, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Feb. 6 by the California Highway Patrol on County Road 6 at Highway 99W, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

James Lee Rogers, 29, of Shasta Lake, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. Feb. 7 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of County Road 68, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

FELONY

Ellie Valene Howard, 26, of Willows, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Feb. 5 by Willows police on the 200 block of North Butte Street, on suspicion of forgery or altering of a narcotic prescription. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at 10,000.
