DUI

William Fred DeHoff, 74, of Orland, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. Jan. 25 by Orland police on Shasta Street and Woodward Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Antonio Javier Salazar, 24, of Willows, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. Jan. 26 by Colusa County sheriff's deputies on Highway 45, south of Princeton, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $1,673.

Bridgette Dawn Walker, 43, of Chico, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Jan. 26 by the California Highway Patrol on Papst Avenue, north of Highway 32, Orland, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $3,000.

Anaiza Novoa, 19, of Chico, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. Jan. 27 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32, west of County Road Q, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $3,000.

Jose Luis Flores, 46, of Orland, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. Jan. 27 by Orland police on the 1200 block of Railroad Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Jason Neil Flanagan, 42, of Puyallup, Wash., was arrested at 8:08 p.m. Jan. 27 by Orland police on Interstate 5 at County Road 33 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Justin Theodore Marshall, 29, of Colusa, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Jan. 28 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, north of County Road 68, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $8,000.

FELONY

Luciano Sousa Melo, 40, of Orland, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. Jan. 25 by Orland police on the first block of East Walker Street, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Kathleen Elizabeth Grimes, 28, of Willows, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Task force on the 500 block of West Oak Street, Willows, on suspicion of the possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Steven Dean Woods, 34, of Orland, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Interagency Narcotics Task force on the 500 block of West Oak Street, Willows, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $13,000.

Michael Dale Jackson, 39, of Willows, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on Colusa Street, west of Sycamore Street, Willows, on suspicion of the possession of drugs or alcohol in jail, four counts of being in possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy and the manufacture, import, sale, supply or possession of metal knuckles. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $170,000.

Brandon Anthony McWilliams, 37, of Willows, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Jan. 25 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on Colusa Street, south of Sycamore Street, Willows, on suspicion of criminal conspiracy, being a convicted felon with a firearm, being a prohibited person owning ammunition and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $287,000.

Danielle Marie Humphreys, 29, of Willows, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Jan. 26 by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on the 200 block of North Butte Street on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale, criminal conspiracy and receiving known stolen property. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $60,000.
