DUI
Audrey Carol Smith, 31, of Chico, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. Nov. 16 by the California Highway Patrol on County Road 9, east of First Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.
Esteban Cano Hernandez, 29, no address listed, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. Nov. 16 by Orland police on East South Avenue, at Pabst Avenue, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.
FELONY
Khamchan Sayyaphom, 19, no address listed, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. Nov. 16 by Orland police on Newville Road at County Road 15, on suspicion of attempted first-degree burglary. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.
Calvin Wayne Douglas, 50, no address listed, was arrested at 6:58 a.m. Nov. 17 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail, on suspicion of two counts of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse or cohabitant; first-degree burglary; and kidnapping. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $135,000.
James Scott Beegle, 23, of Orland, was arrested at 8:59 a.m. Nov. 17 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail, on suspicion of threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $162,000.
David Allen Keys, 53, of Redding, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Nov. 19 by Orland police on the 1100 block of Hoff Way, on suspicion of the transport or sale of a controlled substance; and driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $28,000.
Brandon Leigh Abbott, 28, of Lincoln, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Nov. 19 by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at County Road 16, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance; driving under the influence with a prior DUI conviction; and evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $42,000.
