Police Blotter: Aug. 25, 2010

DUI

Menissa Rene Joseph, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 3:27 a.m. by Willows police on the 500 block of Green Street on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

FELONY

Matthew Charles Nasser, 29, no address listed, was arrested on Aug. 21 at 2:37 p.m. by Willows police on the 800 block of Elm Street on suspicion of selling or transporting marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Jennifer Augusta Bracewell, 36, of Orland, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 9:50 p.m. by Willows police on Sycamore and Butte streets on suspicion of committing battery against emergency personnel. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $27,000.

Larry Dean Brown, 33, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on Aug. 20 at 7:20 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, just north of County Road 57 on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance, providing false identification of another person and driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Pedro Chavez-Vazquez, 19, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 1 p.m. by the Glenn County Probation Department on the 200 block of Yolo Street on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $28,000.

Angelica Jane Moralez, 24, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 10:20 a.m. by the Glenn County Probation Department on the 200 block of Yolo Street on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Angela Hope Watts, 27, no address listed, was arrested on Aug. 20 at 7:36 a.m. by Orland police on Second and Swift streets on suspicion of trespassing, threatening crime with the intent to terrorize, violating a court protective order to prevent domestic violence, stalking, stalking while a temporary restraining order is in place and threatening to use force on a witness of a crime. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $345,000.
