DUI

Darcie Marie Finlay, 46, of Greenbrae, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 5:52 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of County Road 60 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

FELONY

Ricky Day Davis, 49, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 17 at 3:30 p.m. by the Glenn County Probation Department on the first block of Donnie Lane on suspicion of being a prohibited person owning ammunition, and a felon or addict in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $24,000.

Dayneisha Lanae Foster, 23, of Union City, was arrested on Aug. 17 at 5:59 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Walker and Third streets in Orland, on suspicion of passing a fictitious check. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $12,000.
