FELONY

Rafael Sierra Hernandez, 23, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 13 at 3:12 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 162, east of County Road 304 in Elk Creek, on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence with a prior. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Maria Lourdes Oliveros-Calvillo, 31, of Santa Rosa, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 8:40 a.m. by U.S. Forestry Service officers on County Road 308 at the forest boundary on suspicion of being in possession of marijuana or hashish for sale as well as being in possession of a narcotic controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

Angela Hope Watts, 27, no address listed, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 9:01 a.m. by Orland police on Roosevelt Road on the canal bank on suspicion of two counts of stalking, threatening to commit a crime which results in great bodily injury and violating a court order to prevent domestic violence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $310,000.

Ricky Leopoldo Nunez, 56, no address listed, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 8:15 p.m. by Willows police in the alley of the 100 block of South Tehama Street on suspicion of failing to register as a felony sex offender with a prior. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Christopher Palmer, 24, of Elk Grove, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 8:35 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of County Road 60 on suspicion of giving or transporting marijuana over 28.5 grams and possessing marijuana or hashish for sale.

Gordon James Hansen, 32, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 9:12 p.m. by Willows police on the 300 block of North Merrill Street on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Donald Andrew Hagerty, 22, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 18 at 11:13 p.m. by Willows police on the 300 block of North Merrill Street on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

DUI

Diana Lynn Daniels, 35, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 13 at 7:43 p.m. by Willows police on the 500 block of South Lassen Street on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Douglas Alan McColl, 48, of Chico, was arrested on Aug. 15 at 2:44 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32 at Sixth Street in Orland on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.
