DUI

Joaquen Figeroa-Baez, 27, of Chico, was arrested on Aug. 1 at 12:25 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32 at County Road P on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,380.

FELONY

Kristine Janae Bracksieck, 21, of Stockton, was arrested on July 30 at 12:53 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on County Road S, north of County Road 57, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Rodney James Ridham, 34, of Oroville, was arrested on July 30 at 3:45 p.m. by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on Highway 32 at County Road O on suspicion of five counts of being in possession of a controlled substance, two counts of being in possession of marijuana or hashish and three counts of being in possession of a loaded firearm. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $111,140.

Rigoberto Flores, 23, of Orland, was arrested on July 30 at 5:14 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32, east of Interstate 5, on suspicion of force or assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm, with great bodily injury likely. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Debra Ann Maddox, 48, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 1 at 6:14 p.m. by Willows police on the 600 block of North Shasta Street on suspicion of two counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $23,000.

Charles Richard Padilla, 45, of Willows, was arrested on Aug. 1 at 9:54 p.m. by the Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Taskforce on suspicion of three counts of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $28,000.
