Frank Owen Simon

The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Frank Simon for felony charges of failure to obey order of the court and sell/transport marijuana/hashish. (P.C. 166(a)(4) and H&S 11360(a))

Simon, 49, is 6-foot-1, 190 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He has the following tattoo(s): fish hook on right hand, cross on right arm and "Nicole" on left breast.
