DUI

Christopher Thomas Reilly, 19, of Laguna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 2:30 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on northbound Interstate 5, just south of County Road 25, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,224.

Jose Ruvalcaba G. Anaya, 22, of Maxwell, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 10:20 p.m. by Willows police on the 800 block of Pacific Avenue on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Michael Dong, 21, of Daly City, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 6:30 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on northbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 39 on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Hector Sedano, Jr., 29, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 12:16 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Cortina Drive, north of South St. on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

Juan Leonardo, 24, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 28 at 11:46 p.m. by Orland police on East Walker St. and Woodward Ave. on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,320.

FELONY

Carmen Shirlene Glidewell, 40, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 2:29 p.m. by Orland police on the 400 block of First Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Daniel Maurice Jobe, 49, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 3:15 p.m. by Orland police on the 400 block of First Street on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $27,000.

Thomas Harley Lyall, 20, of Napa, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 11:41 p.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 32, east of Sacramento Avenue, Hamilton City, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $14,000.

Harry Daniel Sage, 51, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 10:11 a.m. by Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Task Force on the 6000 block of County Road 12 on suspicion of being a felon or addict in possession of a firearm, a prohibited person owning ammunition, possessing and or manufacturing to sell a dangerous weapon and being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $45,000.

Jodene Danelle Sage, 48, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 10:11 a.m. by Glenn County Inter-agency Narcotics Task Force on the 6000 block of County Road 12 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and possessing a narcotic controlled substance for sale. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $35,000.

Patricia Anastasia Silvera, 25, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 25 at 2:50 p.m. by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at the Glenn County Jail for being in possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $13,000.

Iran Cruz Giron, 34, of San Francisco, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 11:36 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5 at County Road 57 for being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.

Saul Cosme Rios, 27, of San Francisco, was arrested on Feb. 27 at 11:35 a.m. by the California Highway Patrol on Interstate 5, south of County Road 57, on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,230.
