Police blotter: February 24, 2010

DUI

Jacob Todd Smith, 38, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 19 at 11:42 p.m. at Highway. 32 and East Street by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $4,320.

Ramon Ayala, 24, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 20 at 6:46 p.m. on Highway 99, north of County Road 3 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $3,082.

Jaqueline Elizabeth Klump, 24, of Orland, was arrested on Feb. 23 at 11:51 p.m. at Highway 32 west of County Road VV by the California Highway Patrol on suspicion of two counts of driving while under the influence. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $2,000.

FELONY

James Wayne Hansen, 35, of Willows, was arrested on Feb. 20 at 2:14 a.m. on Donnie Lane by Willows police on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $12,000.

Anthony Paul Razo, 47, of Elk Creek, was arrested on Feb. 20 at 7:58 p.m. on County Road 305 by Glenn County sheriff's deputies on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Hugo Octavio Santillan, 29, of Willows, was arrested on Feb. 21, at 12:22 a.m. on the 400 block of North Shasta Street by Willows police on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $10,000.
