FELONY

Paul Wayne Luiz, 34, of Gazelle, was arrested by Glenn County sheriff's deputies at 6:03 p.m. on Feb. 11 on County Roads FF and 200, on suspicion of Inflicting injury on a spouse or cohabitant and two misdemeanor counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $27,000.
