DUI
Joshua Todd Preffer, 20, of Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Feb. 9 at 6:29 p.m. on I-5 south of County Road 39 on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.
FELONY
Jessie William Saiz, 29, of Orland, was arrested by Orland Police on Feb. 9 at 11:33 a.m. at the 400 block of Fourth Street, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.
