Police blotter: February 10, 2010

FELONIES

Sue Margarette Kemp, 41, of Willows, was arrested by Willows police on Feb. 6 at 11:35 a.m. on Humboldt Ave. on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Manuel Albor Ramirez, 23, of Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Feb. 6 at 1:11 a.m. on Interstate 5 north of County Road 27 north of Orland on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs or an alcoholic beverage in jail. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

DUI

Michelle Lynn Alberti, 43, of Willows, was arrested by Willows Police on Feb. 5 at 10:08 p.m. on the 600 block of Humboldt Avenue. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Tyler Joseph Petros, 26, of Comptonville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on Feb. 5 at 9:10 p.m. at County Roads P and 39. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.
