Felonies

Joshua Joseph Kelly, 19, of Citrus Hights, was arrested the Glenn County Sheriff's Office at 8:40 .m. Nov. 30 on Highway 162, Willows, on suspicion of throwing a substance at a vehicle. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Kenny Henry May, 38, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:38 a.m. Nov. 26 on northbound Interstate 5, south of County Road 57, Willows. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Patrick Michael Gridley, 52, of the 600 block of North Tehama Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 12 a.m. Nov. 26 at his residence on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Richard Louis Durham, 51, of the 400 block of Fourth Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 4:21 a.m. Nov. 30 at Wood and Humboldt Streets. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Alvy Corino Soto, 19, of Biggs, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:46 p.m. Nov. 29 on County Road 67, west of County Road Y, Orland. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Morira Ellen Kelly, 42, of Citrus Hights, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:16 p.m. Nov. 29 on southbound Interstate 5 at County Road 68. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Deann Ilean Pierce, 42, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:31 a.m. Nov. 29 at Old Highway 99W and South Street, Orland. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Shaine Albert Bowman, 23, of Carmichael, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:33 p.m. Nov. 28 in the 6000 block of County Road 23, Orland. She was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Brandon Lee Sanford, 21, of the 100 block of South Murdock Street, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:54 p.m. Nov. 28 on North Humboldt Street. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Darren Michael Hirst, 22, of Davis, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 28 at County Roads 5 and 39, Willows. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Joseph Vincent Kampsnider, 21, of Pleasant Hill, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 1:57 a.m. Nov. 28 at Walnut and South Streets. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.

Artemio Caballero Ibanez, 28, of the 200 block of East Mill Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 12:28 a.m. Nov. 27 at East Mill and Papst Streets. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail.
