Police blotter: October 28, 2009

FELONIES

Stephen Culpvokmar, 22, of the 6000 block of County Road 7, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 8:56 p.m. Oct. 21 at his residence on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Robert Duane Stone, 43, of the 200 block of East Shasta Street, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:19 p.m. Oct. 21 at his residence on suspicion of discharging a laser at an occupied aircraft and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Roberto Carlos Ibarra, 31, of the 600 block of Humboldt Avenue, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:37 p.m. Oct. 22 at Highway 162 at Old Highway 99W on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Lenin Silva Castandeda, 18, of the 1200 block of Brennan Place, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 1 p.m. Oct. 19 at 203 N. Murdock St.t on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not a firearm. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

David William Gutierrez Jr., 21 of the 400 block of Second Street, Orland, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff's Office at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 19 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

James J. Holmes, 36, of the 400 block of French Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 11:40 p.m. Oct. 19 in the 100 block of North Yolo Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Joel Alonzo, 29, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:45 p.m. Oct. 22 on Interstate 5, north of Highway 162, Willows. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Michael Bernard Conlan, 67, of Morgan Hill, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:59 p.m. Oct. 23 on County Road P, south of County Road 9, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Rosalino Flores, 30, of Garden Grove, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:15 p.m. Oct. 20 at County Road 200 at County Road N. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Jorge Reyes Lopez, 31 of Stockton, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 8:04 p.m. Oct. 19 at Sixth Street and Jacqueline Drive, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
