FELONIES
Carolyn Jeannine Hall, 46, of the 600 block of North Humboldt Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 12:40 p.m. Sept. 27 at her residence on suspicion of grand theft and failure to obey a court order. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Lolita Virginia Burd, 42, of San Jose, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 3:34 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 100 block of East Mill Street, Orland, on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Corbette Wilson III, 26, of the 1700 block of Sixth Avenue, Corning, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11 p.m. Sept. 25 on Highway 32 and Broadway Street, Orland, on suspicion of possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Leonardo Perez-Leal, 22, of the 500 block of Sacramento Avenue, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:15 p.m. Sept. 27 at Highway 32 and Sacramento Avenue, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Debra Irene Kinsley, 56, of Cambria, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:25 a.m. Sept. 27 on northbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 68, Willows. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Roberto Ruvalcaba Duran, 29, of the 4000 block of County Road "P," Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:59 a.m. Sept. 26 on Fifth Street, north of Highway 32, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Peter Gregory Ancheta, 38, of Benicia, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:56 a.m. Sept. 26 on Highway 45, north of Highway 32, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Antonio Ruiz, 22, of Lodi, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 1:10 a.m. Sept. 22 in the 400 block of Walker Street, Orland. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Edward Stanley Kirch, 48, of the 200 block of West Oak Street, Willows, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 12:32 a.m. Sept. 22 near his residence. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Antonio Jimenez Melendrez, 29, of the 1000 block of Newport Avenue, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:48 p.m. Sept. 21 on northbound Interstate 5 at County Road 33. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
