Felonies
Monique Ann Garcia, 41, of Antioch, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:49 p.m. Saturday at County Roads 99S and 48, Willows, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Gary David Shults, 39, of Chico, was arrested by the Glenn County Sheriff’s Office at 7:11 p.m. Friday at near the Sacramento River on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and making criminal threats. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Bradley Garrison Gibeaut, 22, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:50 p.m. Sunday at Highway 32 and County Road S. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Andrew Stephen Whatley, 26, of the 1200 block of Walnut Avenue, Orland, was arrested by the Willows Police Department at 9:40 p.m. Sunday at Wood and Enright streets, Willows. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Steven Lloyd Howard, 49, of the 6000 block of County Road 200, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 1:29 a.m. Sunday at his residence. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Andrew Lloyd Lacque, 27, of the 400 block of First Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 10:31 p.m. Saturday at Marin and Central streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
Abraham Atrian Gonzalez, 46, of Hamilton City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:05 p.m. Saturday at Sacramento and Third streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.
