Felonies

Cedric Rondell Abrams, 34, of Oakland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:55 p.m. May 29 on northbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 23, on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale and transporting marijuana for sale. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Deifilia Vicenta Bernal, 38, of the 6000 block of County 23, Orland, was arrested by Glenn County sheriff’s deputies at 9:30 p.m. May 28 at her residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

DUIs

Stephen Richard McClintock, 39, of Chico, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 11:54 p.m. June 1 at East Colusa Street and Woodward Avenue. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Sammy Alshatti, 20, of Berkeley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:55 p.m. June 1 on southbound Interstate 5, north of County Road 68. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Frederick Lee Olivares, 35, of the 25000 block of Walch Avenue, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:26 a.m. June 1 on County Road 203, south of County Road 205. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Oscar Octavio Ortega-Blanco, 34, of Oregon, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 p.m. May 31 on Highway 162 and County Road B. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Pablo Ramirez-Rodrigues, 25, of the 6000 block of County Road 14, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:19 p.m. May 30 on Highway 32, west of Interstate 5. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Esquevel Silvestre Alvarez, 42, of the 400 block of Yolo Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 10:49 p.m. May 30 on Fifth Street. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Edith A. Ledezma, 24, of the 200 block of Main Street, Hamilton City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:02 a.m. May 29 at Fourth and Main streets. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Alfred Tryan Coffey, 20, of the 600 North Humboldt Avenue, Willows, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:25 p.m. May 28 at Humboldt and Wood streets. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Matthew Allen Randolph, 28, of the first block of East Central Street, Orland, was arrested by the Orland Police Department at 8:55 p.m. May 28 in the 4000 block of Highway 99W. He was booked into Glenn County Jail.

Minna Rae Hampton, 53, of the 2200 block of Newton Road, Orland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12 a.m. May 26 on Highway 45. She was booked into Glenn County Jail.
